Job Description

Main Duties: - Introduce patient to psychosocial needs screening tool - Support patient in completing the screening tool - After patient completes, assist to key data into an Excel sheet -Weekdays, 8:45am - 4pm (1 hour lunch break, unpaid) Criteria: • Good conversational skills • Required to engage with elderly patients who are mainly mandarin speaking. Proficiency in conversational mandarin would be preferred. • Candidates with experience in healthcare and/or social service sector preferred Dress Code: • Smart casual office attire with comfortable covered shoes • Surgical grade masks must be worn Payment Instructions: • JobsOnDemand will pay the Member directly after the job has been completed • Payment will be processed on the next business day • Please ensure that your bank account details are accurately provided
