Job Responsibilities: - Food Runner Receive food from kitchen and send to designated service stands Maintain sufficient stock level of required condiments, sauces and clean & dry cutlery. To clean used cutlery and plates before dispatching to the dishwashers. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food items to the front-of-house staff. Collect trays and pegs back to station
