Job Description: To provide an excellent guest drink experience to customers based on their preference and able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceeds customers’ needs and expectations. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. - Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks - Assessing bar customers’ needs and preference and making recommendations - Knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, accept payments from customers, clean glasses and bar utensils and balance cash receipts to record sales. - Plan and present bar menu - Check customers’ identification and confirm that it meets with legal drinking age - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Ability to keep bar organised, stocked and clean - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met as well as compliance with various government legislation (NEA, AVA, SCDF etc.) Dress Code: - Plain Black t-shirt or polo shirt - Black pants - Covered shoes (with proper grip) - Surgical grade masks must be worn Payment Instructions: - JobsOnDemand will pay the Member directly after the job has been completed. Payment will be processed on the next business day. - Please ensure that your bank account details are accurately provided.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: - You will receive a job confirmation email if you’re selected and if you require any assistance, please contact JOD helpdesk.

 - Do look for the outlet or hiring manager to identify yourself as the selected JOD user for clock in and out. - 1 Hour Break (Unpaid) for every 6 hours of work. - MANDATORY: Please bring along your NRIC or Student Pass for validation. URGENT NOTE: Only fully vaccinated JOD members will be allowed to report for work, even if selected. Proof of full vaccination must be provided on the spot. You must also show proof of a negative test within the last 7 days. Otherwise, please report 20 mins before the job's starting time to take the ART, which will be provided to you by the FairPrice manager.
